Launch, dock, rearm: the carrier's hangar
Published
In short: the carrier is your fighters’ home. They launch from its two side bays, come back to dock, and are rearmed from its hold. With enemy craft near, everything goes faster.
At a glance
| Bays | 2, port and starboard |
| Launch | 4 s |
| Dock | 6 s |
| Rearm | 20 s |
| Ammunition | 20,000 light rounds in the hold at the start |
How it works
- Open bays. Craft fly in and out on their own: no catapult, no arrestor wire.
- Ammunition is cargo. Docked craft are rearmed from the carrier’s hold, so rounds run out.
- Calm or hot. In peace, launches are a calm slide out. With enemy craft near, craft catapult out, and docking craft line up 400 m out on the bay’s axis and shoot in.
